Horses aside today...the actions of our elected officials fills me with dissappointment and dread. They have ceased listening to the population they should be honor and duty bound to listen to and follow the direction indicated. Not to taken lightly, the population has been deceived and it has been going on long before the current administration. Those that have gone before have laid the foundation for the arrogance, self serving actions of the present. We have lived under the false sense of security that has been fed to all via the news media...they are as guilty as those in Washington.
I look out over fields of peacefully grazing horses and wander how it is that humans cannot live in this world without wanting power over everything. Where is God in this way of thinking? There is no room for him in the hearts of those who greedily answer the call to power. We cannot trust those who take our money and tell us why we should believe as they do and be satisfied with it..not now, not ever!
